Matt brings 20 years of leadership experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Most recently, he served as VP/General Manager at Mast-Jägermeister U.S., where he led sales efforts across the U.S. and Canada. During his tenure, Matt led a commercial reorganization and played a pivotal role in the launch and rapid expansion of Teremana Tequila, achieving the fastest 1M 9L case shipment in U.S. history. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Winebow, Campari America, and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Matt is highly skilled in developing rapid route-to-market strategies, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring top-tier account execution, making him a standout leader in the industry.

J.D. ROBERTSON

J.D. brings 25 years of expertise in the wine and spirits industry, distinguished by a consistent track record of launching and growing premium brands. His career began at Tarrant Distributing (RNDC), where he spent a decade driving impressive growth in wine and spirits sales. He then joined Infinium Spirits, where his seven-year tenure saw the successful launches of iconic brands such as Templeton Rye, Crystal Head Vodka, and Casa Noble Tequila. As a Regional Manager with Sidney Frank Importing Company, J.D. played a key role in the launch and market expansion of celebrated brands like Casamigos Tequila and Monkey 47 Gin. Over the last four years, he has been a driving force at Redwood Brands, the incubator sales division of Distill Ventures, where he has successfully introduced innovative brands like Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and Starward Australian Whisky to new markets. J.D. is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University and resides in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Marie, and their two children, Cage and Ramey.

Bo brings over 20 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, continuing a proud family legacy. Most recently, he served as Central South Regional Director at Mast-Jägermeister U.S., leading sales initiatives across the Southern Region. During his tenure, Bo forged key partnerships with industry leaders such as Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Spec’s, Walmart, Total Wine & More, and the Texas Rangers. His career also includes leadership roles at Republic National Distribution Company and Western Spirits. Bo excels in building strong distributor relationships, fostering team culture, and driving effective market strategies.

Dean brings over 27 years of expertise in the alcohol beverage industry as a second-generation veteran of the field. His career spans extensive experience in Western Regional sales and management, with over six years in distribution and 21+ years with renowned suppliers like Patron Spirits Company, Campari Group, 818 Tequila, and Mast Jägermeister. At 818 Tequila, Dean led a team across seven states in the Western division while managing both regional and national chains. Known for his leadership skills, he excels at building and nurturing relationships, expanding markets, and devising strategic, analytical solutions to complex challenges.

Adam brings a wealth of expertise in operations, management, and strategic execution, making him a standout leader for back-office and operational functions in any company. As the owner of one of the most successful brokerages in the DFW area, he has a proven track record of navigating complex operations, managing diverse teams, and driving growth in competitive markets. With a solid background in IT and software management, Adam has built a strong foundation in systems management and process optimization. His ability to seamlessly integrate technology into business workflows ensures operational efficiency and adaptability. This technical know-how is paired with a hands-on leadership style, developed over years of coordinating a dynamic team of more than 30 individuals and their stakeholders. Adam lives in McKinney, Tx with his wife Kellie and two boys, Luke and Micah.

Jeff brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, and distributor management. Over the past four years, he worked for a prominent Brand Agency, collaborating closely with Texas and Oklahoma’s leading distributors—Southern Glazers, Republic, and Greenlight. In this role, Jeff has built and grown well-known brands, leveraging his industry knowledge and relationships. Before that, he served as a Field Market Manager for Heritage Distilling and Pabst Brewing Company, managing operations across North and West Texas with exceptional results. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico, and started his career with a Miller/Coors distributor in San Francisco and San Diego. Later, he moved to Texas, where he refined his expertise with Southern Glazers and the Gallo portfolio, further solidifying his reputation in the industry. Currently residing in Plano, TX, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his children—Delanie, Preslee, and Jameson and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

DEE ROMINES

Dee began a hospitality career at 15, starting as a server at a family-owned restaurant. This early experience fueled a passion for the industry, leading to roles as a bartender, bar manager, and event coordinator, providing a well-rounded understanding of front-of-house operations and event planning. Transitioning into promotions opened opportunities on the supplier side, where Dee worked with renowned brands like Stoli, Deep Eddy, Voli 305 Vodka, and Ghost Tequila. My expertise grew further while working with Bevstrat, where I honed my skills in wine, spirits, and RTDs (ready-to-drink beverages), enabling me to contribute to brand launches, market expansion, and fostering meaningful relationships across the industry. With over 15 years in the restaurant business and more than 8 years on the supplier side, I’ve developed a strong foundation in driving brand success across on- and off-premise channels. A proud Fort Lauderdale native, I still call the area home. I earned my degree at Nova Southeastern University and have a lifelong love for the beach, where I enjoy spending my free time embracing the vibrant coastal lifestyle.

ANTOINE NIXON

Antoine is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of diverse experience. He began his career as a professional chef in Sacramento, California, serving as Sous Chef at Rio City Cafe and Joey B’s, and later as Executive Chef at Rubicon Brewery and Grill. Building on his culinary foundation, Antoine transitioned into management, taking on roles such as Assistant General Manager at McCormick and Schmick’s in Downtown Sacramento and Roseville. His leadership led him to become the opening General Manager of the acclaimed Red Rabbit Kitchen and Bar with Matt Nurge. Antoine then moved to the Bay Area, where he served as Beverage Director at Bocanova and Jack’s Oyster Bar in Oakland’s Jack London Square, refining his expertise in crafting exceptional beverage programs. Later, he shifted focus to spirits education as a brand representative, specializing in categories like Single Malt American Whiskey, Mezcal, Tequila, Rhum Agricole, and Pisco. Traveling the West Coast, he shares his knowledge of indigenous production methods and the cultural heritage behind these spirits. With a passion for heritage spirits, Antoine balances tradition and innovation, believing in the power of storytelling to create transformative experiences. His commitment to excellence continues to shape the hospitality industry.

THOMAS SORRENTINO

Thomas Sorrentino is a seasoned spirits professional with over 12 years of industry experience. Most recently, he excelled as a Key Accounts Manager for The Craft Collection at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, overseeing 125+ accounts across Orange County and Long Beach. Through his expertise in the bar industry and craft spirits, Thomas achieved over 22% year-over-year growth in his territory by enhancing brand recognition and implementing strategic marketing for both on- and off-premise channels. Previously, as a Brand Ambassador for 10th Street Distillery, he spearheaded sales growth and brand awareness across Southern California. Thomas organized and executed distributor and account trainings, promotional events, dinners, and numerous consumer tastings to solidify the brand’s presence in the market. Outside of his professional life, Thomas is a dedicated husband and father to Olivia and Frankie, and the proud owner of a spirited boxer named Stella.

Josh’s journey in the beverage industry began over two decades ago as a bartender in greater Los Angeles. His time behind the bar sparked a deep curiosity about spirits, leading him to a career in brand development. Over the past 12 years, Josh has gained extensive experience working with boutique distributors and suppliers at both local and regional levels, including JVS Imports, Vision Wine and Spirits, and St. Killian Importing. He has been fortunate to work with several brands early in their growth, such as Caribbean Spirits, Heavy Metal Imports, Impex Beverages, and Lost Spirits Distillery. Josh’s passion for knowledge and dedication to fostering strong relationships are the cornerstones of his work. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their two children.

Camden brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality and beverage alcohol industries, continuing a proud family legacy as the third generation to work in the wine and spirits sector. Most recently, he served as a Territory Manager for Ghost Tequila in the Florida market, where his efforts during the challenging Covid-19 pandemic played a pivotal role in securing a long-term national distribution agreement with RNDC in 2021.Throughout his tenure with Ghost Tequila, Camden consistently delivered year-over-year growth in both volume and distribution across all channels and territories under his management. His proven track record of success underscores his expertise in brand development and market expansion.A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, Camden currently resides in the Tampa Bay area, where he continues to build on his commitment to excellence in the beverage alcohol industry.

Michael’s upbringing was shaped by diversity, as his father’s Air Force career took the family across several states (ND, VA, MI, SC, WA) and even Panama. After his father’s retirement, they settled in Upper Michigan, where Michael completed high school and earned a degree from Northern Michigan University. Michael’s career in the beverage industry began during his college years as a bartender. After graduating, he managed bars before transitioning into sales. He started as a sales representative with Union Beverage in Chicago, then moved to General Beverage in Wisconsin, where he served as a District Manager for Gallo. His journey continued with roles at Bacardi in Ohio, a decade with Mast Jägermeister, and his most recent position at Stoli, overseeing multiple states. Outside of work, Michael leads an adventurous life. Happily married, he and his wife share their home with four wonderful dogs.

Ali serves as the Market Manager for Central Texas, bringing several years of experience in the liquor industry and a strong background in hospitality and marketing. Ali is dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships and introducing innovative solutions to help clients succeed. Nicole Morrice is a seasoned sales professional in the spirits industry, bringing extensive multi-channel experience and a proven track record of success. She launched her career in hospitality, managing large teams and high-volume events across diverse concepts before transitioning to the supplier side, where she worked with Diageo’s expansive portfolio of 200+ brands. With experience spanning both agency and supplier roles, Nicole has consistently driven market share growth, secured key placements, and executed high-impact activations at major industry events. Before joining the Wildfire Beverage team, Nicole played a pivotal role in establishing Mezcal Unión in the U.S. market as a founding team member. She led distributor partnerships, sales initiatives, and industry education efforts, leveraging her deep industry connections to expand the brand’s reach. Passionate about mentorship, she has trained hundreds of trade professionals, strengthening brand advocacy and fostering community engagement.

COLE MILLINGER

Cole is a former Territory Sales Manager at Mast-Jägermeister, where he led On-Premise sales for Massachusetts and Rhode Island. During his two years with Jägermeister, he gained extensive experience in brand growth, account management, and cultivating strong relationships within the hospitality industry. His work with both Jägermeister and Teremana Tequila provided him with valuable insights into driving brand success in the competitive spirits market. Before entering the spirits industry, Cole earned a degree from McGill University, where he sharpened his expertise in business, marketing, and strategy—all while excelling both academically and as a competitive baseball player. Cole now expands his area of expertise to both New York and Massachusetts in the spirits industry.
